Knowing God: A Brief Study in Theology Proper

“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." (John 17:3) Jesus equates eternal life with our knowledge of God. But who is God and how can we know Him? Is God hidden from those who don't believe in Him? How should we think about the Trinity? There is truly nothing more spiritually rewarding than a biblical grasp of our Triune God. Because He has spoken, we have the privilege of knowing Him, and of growing in that knowledge throughout our Christian lives. Our brief study in what is called "theology proper" should serve to increase our love for Him, and so our worship of Him. Join us as we focus our thoughts on the majesty of our God, in whom alone is eternal life.
