The French poet, Joseph Roux, defined slander as, “a verdict of ‘guilty’ pronounced in the absence of the accused, with closed doors, without defense or appeal, by an interested and prejudiced judge.” Here at Trinity Church we want to become more like Jesus Christ in the ways we communicate. Join us Sunday morning as we worship God and as we give our focused attention to the sin of slander and its gospel antidote.
